My Vision for Fitness Training

I believe that personal fitness training should be for you only; it's not a competition. It must be planned and guided for you specifically, not in the image of a television celebrity or some person identified in popular media. The focus is on your needs, be it self-image, quality of life, or enhanced ability to participate in a sport or physical activity.


The foundation of my practice is evidence-based.  It is not created on urban legend, gym lore, the latest fads, or untrained advice. The program is established on the leading progressive training methodology model recognized in the fitness industry.
